Credit mid 500-should I consider?

Hi all,

Need to get some input about renting out a house to potential tenants (couple) with credit score mid 500.   No kids, older couple, car payments (2) $1100.  Willing to put down deposit + first month + last month rent.

Job pretty stable, gross income for both $15500.

Should I give it a try?

Thanks

how long was their last residency and why are they relocating..

So clear about 125 K a year..

Not sure what your rents is, but I'd have considered with higher deposit but they already have that pretty much covered with last month rent..

I'd probably go for it..
