Hey everyone, I did find a great realtor, but I think our needs might be changing due to complicated school situation.  Moving is complicated!! Actually, one more thing that complicates my situation is that I am deathly, like literally death will happen, allergic to cats.

So WE are looking for a rental house with NO carpet, which can be cleaned really well, allowing a small 12 pound dog with a good record of non destruction for 5 years in our nyc apartment, ( and we have renting references from here ).

We were going to buy a house right away, but MY kids need good schools!!! And currently the houses available in the good school zones right now are way over our price point. So we need to ride it out and find a foreclosure. ( when that time comes I will be reaching out for help too).

I am finding it very difficult to find a rental!!! I wasn't aware of how confusing finding a rental could actually be. The websites that host them are all over the place.

We need either a good rental house/town home or condo for at least 6 months to a year in one of these school zones: Wyoming OH, Mariemont, Oh, Milford, OH, Indian Hills, or Turpin, OH. If anyone can help me find the rental houses resource !!! Please help if you can. zillow and realtor have been no help :)
