Large family, small rental

Hello,

I have a rental in Chicago that is 1400sq/ft, 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I have had a family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) submit an application. To me, it seems as if they would be uncomfortable living in such small quarters. I am concerned about the amount of wear-and-tear that this many people will cause this newly remodeled unit.

I would love your thoughts / advice. On a positive note... they will forsure meet the minimum income requirement with 6 working adults.

7 people with 1 bathroom? 

City of Chicago has a rule of maximum 2 occupants per bedroom if the bedrooms meet a certain sq area... Here is some info from an outdated code. Could not find the current code right now:

The code, in Section 13-196-490 providing rules for sleeping rooms in residential buildings, goes on to say:
