Security cameras on rental

I'm about to become a first-time landlord and want to have exterior security cameras at my unit that upload to the cloud. This type of camera will require internet and a wifi password. Should I require the tenant to provide me their wifi password to hook up the cameras or should I pay for a separate internet service and use it exclusively for the cameras? How do you do it? Suggestions?
