Rights as a tenant in CA
Hey BP, so I just moved into a new place in Sacramento. It's a beautiful (completely remodeled) 1 bd 1 ba. I signed the lease on 8/5 with it being 95% finished (some plugs didn't have hosing, etc.). I just moved in yesterday, the plugs have hosing, but 40- 50% of the outlets don't work. And I know I should of been looking, but I just realized there's no Either-netconnection(s) or cable outlet or phone jack to get Internet or tv. Are any of these rights to have? If so what are my options.
