Tenants have county code violations

I received a letter from the county that there is a code violation "Orange County Florida"

My tenants have "open and outside storage of junk, trash, and debris" this is furniture and other junk that they told me they were going to sell or dispose of months ago.

I have until sept 1st to be in compliance or possible $1000 per day fines.

The tenants are not responding to me and I live long distance.

If I go there and they have no plan, can I get rid of this junk legally?

YOU have a code violation that becomes a tax lien where I invest.

1. Get pictures, find someone today to take them.

2. Get local lawyer to start eviction tomorrow. Code violation is your cause and probably blessing.

3. Have lawyer contact code enforcement to show action.

It is possible the eviction notice will get them to clean up there act and be good tenants forever, I give it a 5% chance. If it looks like that on the outside just think of what the inside looks like.
