Marketing Software or service

Hello Bigger Pockets.  I have built up a portfolio of multiple properties and would like to put together a marketing packet should I wish to start selling.  Can you recommend a software or service that can help put something together that would include both pictures and financials?  Additionally if you know any free financial reporting software that could help and I could create the pitch book on my own.  Thanks in advance.
