Property Manager Maryland Questions

Hi Guys, I am debating if I would hire a property manager or not for my rental that I am soon closing next month. What services should be included in the monthly fee? what about evictions? are those included in the monthly fee or do I have to hire an attorney to do that for me? Any recommendations on an eviction attorney or property managers fro Anne Arundel County? Thanks so much for your help.

Hello,

I do live in Maryland, currently in Rockville. I live in Annapolis for about 4 years and a few different places in PG county.

Although I do not have experience with property management, it is something I want to get into being as though I've heard on many podcasts about the lack of good property managers.

If at all interested please let me know. It would fill your PM needs and also help me get my foot in the door/build a reputation.
