Partial rent payment

Hello, My tenant is trying to pay rent in partial payments. I made it known that my policy does not accept partial payment. I will like to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

Stick to your lease and not accept partial payment.  If they are late charge them the late fee.  Review your state laws about collecting partial rent as this could become a problem when trying to evict later down the road.  Stop it now before it gets worse.
