Lawyer look at lease? -Louisville
Hi all,
I'm house hacking and about to list the other unit of my duplex for the first time. Bigger Pockets offers some sample leases and forms, should I have a lawyer look them over to make sure they are air tight for my state? Or do you suggest buying state specific documents online? Thanks
