Include relocation or insurance agency on the lease
I was contacted by a Relocation Specialist for one of my rentals. They are assisting a tenant (and their insurance company) that was temporarily displaced due to a fire at their home. The lease term works out perfectly for my timeline, the payments and deposit will be made by the insurance company, and I will still do standard background and credit check on the tenants. My question is, do I include the insurance agent or relocation agency on the lease too?
