Attracting qualified tenants in a commercial office / warehouse
We own a commercial property which has been converted from merely office to office/ warehouse. We have had cannabis tenants for years, but some have failed in business, leaving huge vacancies. We need to get new tenants into the spaces- likely NOT cannabis tenants. Does anyone have good ideas on a comprehensive marketing plan to get 3 units occupied by qualified tenants ?
