Use MySmartMove Report Another Landlord Ran?

Hey guys, I've got an applicant saying they already did a MySmartMove app for another landlord and he's asking if it's possible for me to look at that report without them having to pay the $35 per applicant again. If they applied very recently, I'd be comfortable doing that. What do you think? And is there any way to do this without reaching out to that landlord?
