New Construction - Section 8 Project/Financing

Hello!

Just curious if anyone has experience with financing new construction section 8 developments? If yes, what are the typical loan types that you know about or do you have any creative ideas worth sharing? Just trying to run some numbers regarding financing costs VS project cash flows for a 70-100 unit development.

Perhaps you have experience with financing section 8 developments?

I own 11 acres of vacant land in Romulus, MI that is zoned for multi unit/family developments.
