Memphis Management Companies for SFR

I'm researching Property Management in the Memphis area for a SFR I'm buying (just next to Bartlett). I'm buying from someone at Memphis Cashflow (a turnkey company), and could use their in-house management company Marathon Management. However, they're a large operation, with sizeable fees, and I'd like to have recommendations for other great property management in Memphis to interview. Please be as specific as possible in giving your feedback, both positive and negative. (I hate it when there are discussions like this, but everyone dances around and doesn't give specific PM company names....) Who do you love? Who should I stay away from?
