A friend asked me to ask this for them, as they don't want their name to appear - in case their present PM sees it ;-). So, they'll be following this post, if you have any suggestions:

"A friend of mine is looking for a Property Manager that focuses on ITP Class C Rental Properties (both regular tenants and Section 8). Can anyone recommend some local mid-size companies (300-500 homes under management) that are well organized, honest, and have strong supplier pricing?"
