Lexington Fayette section 8

I'm looking for advice regarding whether I should offer a specific property in Lexington, KY to section 8 tenants.  I've had a handful of persistent tenants seeking to apply their vouchers and it seems the supply of available rentals isn't keeping up with demand.

I'm specifically interested in knowing how quickly Lexington is able to perform inspections.  Also, what are they looking for when justifying the monthly rent?
