Tenants left items outside

so I have a inherited tenant currently  who by the way is really becoming a nuisance. She has a sofa on the grass by her door which is of course is really tacky, but the lease doesn't specifically state items or trash prohibited from common areas etc. can I still issue her a 10 day notice to comply? I'm in Washington state
