Waste Management Contract

I currently have a dumpster at one of my properties from Waste Management.  When I signed a contract with them 2 years ago, the second page with the "small print" was not attached.  They have been increasing fees over the contract amount, and the small print makes it very difficult to get out of my contract, which is a 3 year contract (I was not aware, thought it was 1 year).   Of course, it's an illegal contract since I was not given page 2 until after I signed page 1.   The dumpster has now rusted out to the point where I need a new one.  I know they will try to charge me for a new one and I do not want their service anymore.  I am going to send them a letter stating that I will pay for this month and no more, and that they must come get their dumpster.  I will contract with a local provider.

Of course, they will say that I have a year left of the "contract".  My question is, what will they do once I stop paying?  It is in the name of my llc, so I don't think they can harm my credit personally.  Also, I would gladly go to small claims court and testify, but I don't think they will spend the money on lawyers to take me to court.  Does anybody here have experience with this?
