Kansas City, Missouri-Property Management Company Referral Needed

Hi everyone, I have some rentals in the state of Missouri.

I'm pleased to make my first BP post and would appreciate some assistance from people in the Kansas City, MO area or who deal with rentals in this area.

I'm not content with current management and would like to hear from some people on the ground who they've worked with and how the experience went and/or is currently going.  I found it rather unreliable to trust internet-based reviews I checked because they are all over the place, some being disgruntled previous tenants, and I'm sure, some anomaly bad experiences from owners that could certainly skew the review results.

So yes, it's your time to brag about how awesome your management company is.  Post your pleasant experiences with certain management companies in KC, MO.
