Freddie to Lend on SFR Portfolios - Portfolio Values will Rise

I've been waiting for Freddie to compete with the recent Fannie partnership with Invitiation Homes, but didn't think they'd open it up to midsize SFR investors so soon! This is huge as the cost of debt decreases, SFR Portfolio values are going to POP.
