Hi, I wanted to get peoples take on using Pay Pal or Venmo for monthly payments.  Does anyone use or has used this.  Is there any negatives to using this that maybe I'm not anticipating?

Thanks!

We have used Venmo under certain circumstances. We had a tenant that was better at paying on time with Venmo than with deposit slips.

The alternative I have to this (and what we use now) is Cozy. If tenants are tech savvy enough for venmo, then have them set up with Cozy. It's free and it tracks your payments better since it is for landlords and tenants.
