Credit reporting; Can I??

We have had a rental property off campus in Knoxville, TN.  All great experiences and as these renters are graduating and credit score means so much these days, I would like to provide positive feedback to the reporting agencies.  I also know that eventually I will have a dud.  And if I have to go through all the trouble to get the out or other pain, I would like to make sure this is visible to others.

Can landlords report to credit agencies and any guidance on how would be appreciated?

Has anyone done this reporting?

Thank you.
