Move out fine for not submitting a form with condo association
My landlord asking us to pay a fine she received ($200) since we didn't submit a move out deposit to the condo association before moving out. We forgot to do this step, however left the unit is very good condition and even received our security deposit back from landlord. Now the association assessed the fine, which seems too high for forgetting to follow a rule with no damages to the unit.
