Tenant wants to modify Garage in SFH

High quality new tenant in 4 bedroom SFH class A unit wants to install a pegboard in the garage. Not a fan of it, but not opposed to it if he's doing it himself on his dime. Only concern is if he does it poorly and I would have to fix it for future resident. Advice?

@Gavin Arita

I don't see much of an issue.  A pegboard is not much different then hanging shelves, pictures, etc on the wall.  If you are concerned ask him how he is going to mount the board on the wall.  @Kim Meredith Hampton you made me laugh.  Men and pegboards.  Pretty simple aren't we.

Good Luck Gavin.
