I have just gotten my first rental ready to rent in Indianapolis, IN. Any pointers for finding or putting together a good lease?

Jordan,

Congratulations! I suggest you hire a QUALITY property manager.  It's well worth the 8-10% they charge. I offer properties to investors that are located all over the U.S. and use a property manager for everyone of them. Finding a good one is imperative. I would ask some Indy folks in the forums for any recommendations they might have.  Best of luck to you.
