difference between property manager & landlord
Newbie question here: What is the difference between a property manager and a landlord?
I looked up and there are all these courses a PM has to have and you have to be a RE for a while, etc. etc. Yet landlords essentially perform the same task don't they? Do they have to be certified PMs too? I'm in TX btw, if that helps.
