Experienced Property Manager

I'm an experienced property manager with over 7 years of property management experience, managing my wife and I investment homes as well as apartment communities ranging from 130 to 800 units. I've received my CAM (certified apartment manager) and this year decided to get my realtors license which I did in February 2017. I also became a full broker in June this year. I love real estate and especially the property management side of it.

I know there are a handful of reputable property management companies in the Triangle now, however I would like to know how to find investors who would be interested in hiring me as their property manager?

With my past experience, bilingual skills (spanish), large network of handymen and vendors, I know I can be of help here! I'm fully aware of the contracts, leases, and fair housing.

Starting out and working on my own, my fees are more than competitive with the other companies, ranging from a monthly fee of 8-10% as well as a negotiable one time start up fee. I know the Triangle market, the rates, and how to best handle emergency calls where we don't always have to call a handyman right away.

If someone knows of anyone or is someone looking for a property manager, please get in contact with me!

Thank you for your time!
