Tenant Moving Out

Hey All,
My tenant is moving out from my first and only rental house. Its been a year and the lease is over in 30 days and he notified me he will not be resigning.
Being that this is new to me what things should I be doing to start getting new tenants in , inspecting the house for damage, when do I give back the sec deposit etc. Any advice will help.
