Better to list with cluttered photos or "bad" photos?
My previous batch of photos of this property aren't the best. They're poorly lit and of low quality but they show the house empty. I have a tenant who is in the process of moving out. I was over there today to take better photographs but she has piles of boxes everywhere. I intend to get back over there when they're all moved out (about three weeks from now) but didn't want to waste time listing it.
Am I better off with the cluttered photos or the poorly lit ones? Or is it kind of a wash? Just curious what the opinions are.
I've already learned my lesson on this one: Take great photos of any property you buy the first time around prior to placing a tenant and re-use them each time.
