Rent or Flip this house
Purchase price with closing costs will be $26,000 we are working on the property now im thinking max will have 60k all into it can rent between $1000-1200 or sell between $100k-150k. 1200 sf house 3 beds, 2.5 baths with attached garage and garage in back with big above ground pool with fenced in yard. What would you do rent or sell i currently have 6 SFH's rented and a duplex rented and 130k in debt and maybe if sell this right could get myself completely out of debt or hold it and hope appreciated and rents good. Thoughts please?
