    @Steve Rozenberg We manage 650 units in PA. If priced correctly and in great showing condition then it should take 30 days or less. If you are overpriced and or the property doesnt show well then it will take longer. i have some owners that dont want to listen to our expert advice and they have units vacant for 6 months or longer. i have an extensive portfolio and my vacancies are low and so is turnover. i dont ask more than market value and I dont raise rents a lot. Turnover and vacancy will kill your ROI.
