Going Paperless or Keep Printing Forms??

Hi! I'm new to BiggerPockets, but we've been investing in real estate (slowly) for several years in the OKC area. With around 9 houses now, I feel like all the forms and lease agreements are eating up tons of paper and ink at each lease signing! Does anyone go paperless for these forms? Bring an iPad with you to a lease signing??
