Evict tenant with no real cause

I have a family of 8 living in my upper unit. She is on a program where the city only pays quarterly, and the tenant is only responsible for less than $300 per month. The tenant pays mostly on time. However, her six children are causing considerable damage to the property in addition to noise, trash, toys in the yard, leaving doors open, etc.

How can I legally and quickly get her to move? Her lease is until next March. I know I can't say "I don't want tenants with kids" or "I don't want tenants on this subsidy program". But the truth is, that's exactly what I want to get rid of.

Saying this explicitly on a public board under what I assume is your real name is probably not a good way!
