Rental Agreements Leases? Books?

Hello Bigger Pockets! I am a brand new investor up and coming land lord!  I am just now learning the ropes and starting to kind of learn this crazy business.  My question is do I need the books from amazon on rental agreements and leases?  Can I figure it out on my own or are these books a must. Or do I just need you guys? Thank you for any input!
