TENANT WON'T PAY OR LEAVE.. Help!

Hey all, I have posted a pay or quit notice about two weeks ago and tenant has 0 money for anything. Does anyone change locks? I know its not legal but tenant has no money and won't leave. What is the next step, first property help!

@Mark Benevento Never circumvent the due process. Go through the proper procedure for a legal eviction. To help eliminate this in the future do your homework and proper application process so you approve the best tenant possible for each apartment. This will reduce your need for ugly evictions and expensive evictions
