Georgia - 2nd Rental Property Insurance Issues

I just got a second home in Atlanta, GA. I'm living in my first home and I'm intending to rent out the rooms in the second home to individual tenants (college students, etc.) but am having trouble finding a policy that will cover the house if I'm going to be renting the rooms out individually like that and not living in it at the same time. Almost all the insurance companies I've talked to have told me they'll cover the home if I rent to one family, but I figured I could make more money renting out individual rooms instead and plus also still have access to the house if I need it. Has anyone else run into this issue and found a policy with any company that will cover those circumstances? Or found any other sort of solution to this? Thank you!
