Miami Landlords take note, commissioners pass new law

Hello Bigger pockets landlords! Miami Commissioners passed new law; a landlord must wait 30 days to begin eviction on a tenant in a month to month situation. This DOUBLES the wait time from 15 days. What are your thoughts? I think this is government fixing a problem that didn't exist. https://www.google.com/amp/s/miamiherald.relaymedia.com/amp/news/local/community/miami-dade/article155203724.html News article provided.
