Month to month leases new and adjusting landlord
As a new landlord, is it better to have month to month leases or the longer terms ?
I was thinking once my diferente tenants lease is up this month I can just keep it at month to month for the next tenants in case I have to get rid of them for any reason. What do y'all think? Pros and cons?
