I started realizing the tenants always wanted the person they want working on the house.   I finally went wth my gut and had a friend work on the clog on the tub.  He let me know the house smelled like weed.  The next week they let me know there was a home invasion and all of there cash was stolen.  I read the article which stated it was targeted.  The cops would not give information over the phone but did say these are not people you want in your house. I dont live in the state  but plan on going in person to get more information.  The lease is up in 4 months.  Would people recommend just telling them I am not renewing the lease and just ride it out the next 4 months?  I am looking for the most peaceful way without having them destroy my house.

Thanks for the information.  They left the cellar door in backyard open so they say no damage.  The police won't give me information until I go in person.  I live out of state and will go in person next week.
