New management co. changeover tenant introduction letter

Hello,

We are taking over the management of our rentals from our management company of many years. And I would like to get an idea of what information to include in the changeover/introduction letter.

The P.M. owner recommends letting tenants know where to send /how to pay rent, but what else should this letter include? I'm not sure how detailed it should be. We are reading Heather and Brandon's book, but there isn't anything specific. Although there are plenty of ideas. The changover is about 3 weeks away so we are scrambling to get everything prepared.

Thank you for your thoughts!

Peggy
