This will be my first buy, but I would love to get some direction and guidance. I'm looking to buy a multi family home in the hudson county (I see this area as a good area to rent). The purpose is to rent it and make some profit. Will love what areas are the best to get, what rent ranges to expect and if possible chat with someone to provide me some tips and guidance.
