Always on a holiday weekend

Murphys law , its the holiday weekend . I get a call from a great tenant ,  " There is water coming out of the ground , I think there is a leak in the water line "    I go over today , Sunday , and yes its the line that serves another house n the property .  Not dealing with it today , it can wait till Memorial day Monday .    Just what I want to do on the holiday .

Some may ask , "why not call a plumber ? "    I can dig down about 3 ft with my little backhoe .  I use to do water and sewer 20 years ago . A plumber would charge $ 800 to $ 1500 to do this NOT on a holiday .  Parts will be about 20 bucks . Savings will be worth the time
