Co-signer / Guarantor
I've been renting a few units for 6 years now and up until now haven't dealt with having a co-signer. My properties are in a good area and I generally have little problem filling them, however I'm advertising a rental now and have had a couple of prospective tenants who want to apply but say they have "bad" credit due to divorce. Any advice for accepting tenants with co-signers or guarantors?
