Electrician Needed STAT

So I just had the inspection done on my building, and the inspector said whomever upgraded the service to 200 amp didn't do it properly and connect the meters. So all the electric for all 3 unit is being stolen. He said he was going to call ComEd to have it disconnected due to theft.

I need an electrician ASAP to remedy this situation. Anyone know of a reasonable electrician in southern Chicago? I need to get this done in the next few days.
