Tenant Screening - Tenant Claiming Background not his?

How do you go about this?  I screened a tenant in which a criminal background came back in a state where he's never claimed he's been.  The DOB matches his.   He also sent me a background check from an employer in which none of the issues I saw showed up.

Also there is a judgment on his record for an eviction when he was 19.  Says he was living with his mom (now deceased). 

Thoughts?
