Actually, Ryan, Atlanta does not have any restrictions or laws in place. You're following that stupid article by "room score' that gives Atlanta an F, claiming that STR is illegal in Atlanta.
I wrote to them and asked them to please let me know which law they're referencing, as I can't find anything and the response I got was :"well, there aren't any laws, but we asked various officials and they all think that it should be forbidden." - that's not how the law works.
There are some potential city guidelines and restrictions in the works and hopefully, that will make it all easier for everyone, since everyone would then have to do the same thing.
