Vacation home partnership

Me and my two brothers have purchased a vacation home together on a lake. Of course we are already running into differences of how to manage the property. I want to get ahead of the issues before they become real proplems. We are meeting next week to go over everything and get it into writing. I have a short list of things that currently I want to discuss like what is our policy on a friend and family discount, if the house isn't rented out that weekend who gets to go stay there, what kind of compensation does the person managing the property get? I wanted to ask what other questions do we need to go over now to avoid more problems in the furture. Thanks
