Preventative Maintenance for Pests?
Hey everyone,
My partner and I recently moved tenants into our first rental property and are considering, as a standard practice moving forward with our business, providing quarterly pest treatments to our homes. This home has a history of carpenter ant damage (we discovered this during the rehab and treated it ourselves) and moreover the area is rather "buggy." We are big fans of doing it right the first time/preventative maintenance but are wondering if this is common practice among other investors?
Thank you in advanced!
