Tenants Break Up? What should I do?

Hey BPers, I rented a SFR to a young couple last month (18 yr olds). Both of their names are on the lease. They seemed very happy, appreciative, respectful and passed all of the background screening. The guy just called me and said that it appears that they are breaking up and that he is even considering getting a restraining order against her. He still wants to live in the house and honor the year long lease (by himself he has the income to do so) but would like for her name to be potentially removed from the lease. I am not sure that they are on speaking terms and I have had no contact with her at this point about the situation. Again, the issue revolves around their personal issues. How should I proceed?
